Instructions
Cut the beef into large strips, put it in a saucepan, cover with a lid and simmer for 1-2 hours until soft.
In melted butter, fry the chopped quarter-rings of onions until Golden brown
Chop the boiled mushrooms in a blender into a homogeneous mass.
To the stewed beef, add toasted onions, chopped mushrooms, melted cheese. Add salt and nutmeg to taste
Pour in the cream mixed with flour
Boil everything together for 5 minutes and remove from the heat.
Serve traditionally with mashed potatoes and pickled cucumbers.
