  1. Cut the beef into large strips, put it in a saucepan, cover with a lid and simmer for 1-2 hours until soft.
  2. In melted butter, fry the chopped quarter-rings of onions until Golden brown
  3. Chop the boiled mushrooms in a blender into a homogeneous mass.
  4. To the stewed beef, add toasted onions, chopped mushrooms, melted cheese. Add salt and nutmeg to taste
  5. Pour in the cream mixed with flour
  6. Boil everything together for 5 minutes and remove from the heat.
  7. Serve traditionally with mashed potatoes and pickled cucumbers.
