Beef with Chickpeas and Vegetables Recipe
A flavorful, satisfying and very tasty dish that is prepared almost without your participation. Fifteen minutes to prepare the food, and the oven will do the rest for you. The dish is universal: both the first and second in one. This is very convenient, you must agree.

  1. Cut the beef flesh into medium-sized pieces (about 3×3 cm) Fry in a dry, well-heated frying pan over high heat for a minute on each side.
  2. All vegetables should not be cut finely. Put diced onions and carrots in a suitable baking dish. Sweet pepper and coarsely chopped garlic.
  3. Spread the meat evenly on top. For meat-pre-boiled chickpeas (the weight of already boiled chickpeas is given).
  4. In the pan in which the meat was fried, pour 300 ml of hot water, salt, add spices. Use your favorite seasonings. The combination of savory, sumac, paprika and ground coriander seems to me very successful. A pinch of each spice will be enough. Heat the sauce in a frying pan.
  5. And pour into a mold with vegetables and meat. Put the last layer of tomatoes. Close the form tightly with foil and put it in a preheated 180°C oven for 1 hour-1 hour 10 minutes.
  6. Get the form out of the oven, carefully remove the foil (do not burn yourself with steam!) Before serving, you can sprinkle the finished dish with fresh herbs (coriander will be perfect!)
