I offer a simple and healthy salad of beets and coarse-grained cottage cheese. The salad is prepared in a few minutes, if of course the beetroot is boiled in advance. The salad will appeal to everyone who likes beets.

Instructions
Boil the beets (I have baked), peel and cut into slices or circles.
Finely chop the parsley, add garlic powder, black pepper, cottage cheese, and a little salt. Stir.
Preparing the sauce. Add garlic powder, black pepper, and Basil to the yogurt.
Put cottage cheese with spices in the form of balls on the beetroot, or you can just spread a layer. Pour over the sauce.
