Black pepper
Instructions
Wash the beets well, put them in a baking bag and bake at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours until soft. Allow to cool. Grate on a coarse grater with garlic.
Stir in the yogurt, lemon juice and ground black pepper.
Put the salad in portioned salad bowls and garnish with parsley. Bon Appetit!
