On a summer evening in the country, to relax, it’s nice to have a glass or two of some pleasant drink. For example, blackcurrant liqueur. And just to sit with a friend, it’s nice to have a drink.
Rinse ripe black currants well on a sieve, let the water drain completely.
Using a blender, grind the currants into puree.
In an airtight container (plastic bottle or jar with a tight lid), put the crushed currant, pour it with alcohol mixed with water, add 3 tablespoons of brown sugar, close the lid and put it in a dark place for 2 weeks.
After this time, add the vanilla and the remaining brown sugar and remove for another 1 week.
Then strain the liquor through a fine sieve. Try it – if you want, add more sugar.
The liquor is ready!
