  1. For a bright side dish you will need: -broccoli-200 g -beans-200 g -mini carrots-200 g -red and yellow bell peppers – 1 piece each -garlic – 3 cloves – thyme – a few sprigs -vegetable oil for baking
  2. Broccoli, beans and carrots boil in salted water separately from each other until tender.
  3. To make the broccoli and beans lose their brightness after cooking, put them in a colander and pour ice water over them.
  4. Pepper cut into large cubes.
  5. Fry in a hot frying pan in a small amount of vegetable oil until cooked. Put it on a plate.
  6. Finely chop the garlic.
  7. In preheated vegetable oil, fry the chopped garlic and a few sprigs of thyme for 1-2 minutes. Take sprigs of thyme.
  8. Add all the vegetables and fry for another 2 minutes on high heat. If desired, the finished dish can be seasoned with pepper and sprinkled with thin half-rings of sweet red onion.
  9. Ready.
