The Side Dish of Cauliflower with Mushrooms Recipe
The side dish of cauliflower with vegetables and mushrooms. It is prepared easily and quickly. Good and hot, with the heat from the heat, and in the cold form is very good. On the holiday table, in my opinion, there should be simple dishes. Try it!
Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil (2 tbsp) until half cooked. (first the carrots for about three minutes, then add the onion)
Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences. (the net weight of the vegetable is given)
To put it in a bowl of a food processor...
... chop the cabbage.
Put the chopped cauliflower in a pan with the carrots and onions and mix. Pour water into the pan, cover with a lid and cook the vegetables for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally. The fire is active.
Mushrooms (I prepared a side dish with mushrooms, but with wild mushrooms the dish turns out even tastier!) cut arbitrarily, fry in vegetable oil (1 tbsp) until Golden. The fire is active.
Put the mushrooms in a pan with vegetables, season with thyme, salt to taste. Stir and cook all together for another three minutes. Everything is ready!
Before serving, sprinkle the garnish with grated cheese. (on request)
