  1. Chicken fillet is washed and cut into pieces (do not chop).
  2. In a separate bowl, prepare the marinade. Combine soy sauce, ground pepper, one clove of garlic and mix well.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
  4. Boil the Brussels sprouts in salted water. Sometimes cabbage is bitter to avoid this trouble, I have a secret. When the water boils, drain the water and pour a new one, add a few drops of lemon juice to the water with cabbage and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  5. Boiled cabbage is cooled. Cut the heads into two parts again and fry in butter.
  6. Three carrots on a grater (I have a carrot grater).
  7. Marinated meat and carrots fry in vegetable oil for 10 minutes.
  8. At the end of frying, add chopped garlic (second clove), sour cream, pepper and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  9. Add the finished chicken with carrots to the cabbage and mix.
