  1. Wash the cabbage, disassemble it into leaves. If they are damaged, it’s not a big deal. Add salt and spices to the minced meat to taste. put a pot of water on the fire, add salt, bring to a boil. Turn down the heat, put the cabbage and cook for about 8 minutes. With a slotted spoon, remove the leaves and flip them into a colander to drain the water.
  2. Prepare the sauce for stewing. To do this, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, tomato paste and chopped greens. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  3. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Lubricate the heat-resistant dishes with oil. Put the cabbage leaves on the bottom. Put minced meat on top, smear with mayonnaise and sour cream sauce. Repeat. The top layer is cabbage leaves.
