  1. I had a small cabbage head, about 1 kg. Carrots are larger than average, garlic is large, burning (winter). Faceted glass 250 ml. So let’s get started. Boil a cabbage head in boiling water and disassemble it into cabbage rolls. Do not digest – the rolls will not be crispy!
  2. Grate the carrots on a fine grater or on a grater for Korean carrots, it’s at your request! I like the small one, it turns out to be more tender and juicy! Pass the garlic through a garlic press. Mixture. If you are a fan of very spicy – add more garlic!!
  3. Put the filling on a sheet and roll it up. Since I had a small head, the rolls turned out to be neat, not very large. So it is more convenient to serve them, and in the future THERE is!!!
  4. Prepare the marinade: mix 1 cup of cooled boiled water with vinegar, add sugar and salt, mix until completely dissolved. Then add vegetable oil.
  5. The rolls are tightly packed in a container (a convenient container for you).
  6. Pour over the marinade.
  7. And put the oppression. Leave it in a cool place.
  8. The food is ready in a day! It is very well stored in the refrigerator, but it does not stagnate for a long time!!! There is something similar on the website, but the marinade is completely different.
