  1. Cut the brisket into thin strips.
  2. Take a saucepan or a frying pan with a thick bottom, fry the brisket. Take any mushrooms at will and availability, I have champignons. Cut into small pieces, fry together with the brisket.
  3. Cut the onion into thin strips, put it to the mushrooms, fry over medium heat with the lid open until the liquid evaporates. Transfer to a plate. Rinse the pan.
  4. Cut the cabbage into thin strips, carrots into thin circles. Rub with salt.
  5. Pour oil into a frying pan, fry cabbage and carrots over high heat for 2 minutes. Cut red pepper into strips, burning pepper into thin rings. Add the peppers to the cabbage, fry everything, simmer over medium heat with the lid open for 10 minutes.
  6. Put the fried mushrooms to the cabbage, if necessary, add salt, cumin, bay leaf.
  7. Mix vegetables with mushrooms, simmer over medium heat until tender for 10 minutes.
  8. The dish is served hot. Enjoy your meal!
