  1. Boil beets, carrots, potatoes.
  2. We clean the vegetables, mix mayonnaise with a small amount of grated horseradish. Cut bread and vegetables into slices 3-5 mm thick (the thickness depends on how high you want to make a snack).
  3. Spread the mayonnaise mixture on the slices of bread. The top layer of the canapé does not spread. With the help of molds for canapes or cookies, we cut out figures and put our snacks on a skewer. I did different combinations of layers. Put the beans and a piece of green onion on top. Garnish with dill greens.
