  1. Using a metal cookie cutter, I cut out the cheese base for the canapé.
  2. Pour boiling water over the lemon, wipe dry and cut into thin half rings.
  3. The next layer in the canapé after the cheese is olives (if you want, you can use olives stuffed, for example, with lemon or pepper). Prick the halves of the lemon circles on the skewers so that you get a kind of sail. Then everything is simple: we put a skewer with lemon on cheese with olives. Ready.
