For the canapé, I chose a wonderful cheese with holes.
Peel the grapefruit from the white films, cut into small pieces. Peel the avocado, remove the stone, cut into cubes or slices.
Cut the cheese into slices and use a pastry spatula to cut out snowflakes.
Put the ingredients on a skewer: olive oil-cheese snowflake-grapefruit-avocado. And all together it turns out very unexpectedly, juicy and fresh.
