Futuristic still life. A Mediterranean-style delicacy, a luxurious spectacle - the dish itself decorates the table. Wine or champagne will emphasize the unique taste of shrimp in combination with grapes. Nothing complicated, the main thing is to make the canapes "stand". The secret lies in the recipe.
We will need gray-green (they are raw, not boiled - ice cream-pink), king prawns (in my case - caliber 18-20). Fry the shrimp in olive oil until soft (5-7 minutes)
Peel off the shell, leaving the tails. Sprinkle with lemon juice. You can add a little salt, but just a little.
Slice the shrimp for the canapé, as shown in the photo.
String shrimp and grapes on skewers or long toothpicks, garnish with lemon slices. It is advisable to take grapes with a slight sourness. Or just with a bright taste, even sweet, lemon will complement the missing sourness.
