Canapes with Cheese and Olives Recipe
The basis of our canapes with cheese and olives on skewers on the holiday table, unlike most other recipes, is not bread. At the bottom of the snack I placed hard cheese. It holds its shape well and gives the canapes the necessary stability.

  1. Using a metal cutting element for cookie I cut out cheese base for canapes.
  2. Pour boiling water over the lemon, wipe dry and cut into thin half-rings.
  3. The next layer in the canapes after the cheese is olives (if you like, you can use olives stuffed with lemon or pepper, for example). Prick the halves of the circles lemon on the skewers so as to obtain some semblance of the sail. Further all is simple: skewer with lemon put on the cheese with olives. Ready.
