  1. Chop the onion, squeeze out the lemon juice, add soy sauce, oregano. We leave it to marinate in a separate bowl. Chop the remaining ingredients: tomatoes, bell pepper, avocado, cheese, parsley. Tear the lettuce leaves into pieces. We transfer the pickled onion to the salad bowl.
  2. We fill the salad with sunflower oil. Mix it up. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
