Cut the onion, squeeze out the lemon juice, add soy sauce, oregano. We leave it to marinate in a separate bowl.
Cut the remaining ingredients: tomatoes, bell pepper, avocado, cheese, parsley. Lettuce leaves are torn into pieces. We transfer the pickled onions to the salad bowl.
We fill the salad with sunflower oil. Mix it up. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
