I offer a salad of carrots, cucumbers, radishes with a wonderful vegetable dressing. The salad is juicy, spicy, reminiscent of the taste of Chinese salad.
Peel the carrots and grate them on a Chinese grater.
Cut the cucumber into strips.
Thinly slice the radish.
Add a little salt.
Stir the vegetables, put them in a colander and leave for 20 minutes to drain the liquid.
Prepare the dressing sauce. Cut red and yellow peppers into small cubes. Add red hot pepper, garlic powder, lemon juice, sugar, olive oil and finely chopped parsley. We need cilantro for the original, we don’t have it.
