I suggest cooking an unusual charlotte, namely with the addition of carrots and nuts. Carrots will make the charlotte more tender, and the crispy nut crust will give a special charm.

  1. In a bowl, mix the eggs with sugar.
  2. Beat with a mixer (at least 5 min.) beat until a fluffy foam forms.
  3. Sift the flour in parts, gently kneading with a spatula or whisk.
  4. Next, add the carrots, grated on a fine grater.
  5. Nuts, except cedar nuts, grind in a blender. Add 2/3 to the dough, mix.
  6. Cover the detachable baking dish (20 cm in diameter) with baking paper, grease with vegetable oil. Put the dough into it, smooth it out. Sprinkle the remaining nuts on top. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. check the readiness with a wooden skewer.
  7. The finished cake is taken out of the mold, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar and can be served to the table
  8. The pie turns out to be very tasty, tender with a wonderful nutty taste.
