  1. Cut the fish into small portions. I have a mirror carp. I slice it into steaks and then cut it in half. Salt and pepper.

  6. Peel the potatoes, cut into slices about 5 millimeters thick and put the mushrooms on top. Add salt and pepper, pour in a little water from under the mushrooms (it will come in handy!!), it will give a taste and smell, about half a glass. Pour in the cream. And put in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for about half an hour, sprinkle with grated cheese (any, I have Suluguni) and leave in the oven for another 10-15 minutes. We focus on the readiness of potatoes.
