I want to share a simple, unpretentious recipe for chicken baked with buckwheat. The site has seen similar recipes, but they all cereals need to pre-process (infuse or boil). In my unpretentious version, you do not need to do anything like this with porridge. It's simple! And very tasty.
So, to begin to prepare all the products:
Chop the onions finely and grate the garlic.
Wash the chicken and cut into pieces.
Buckwheat also thoroughly wash.
Now we begin to put everything in a greased baking tray:
1) washed grits
2) onion and garlic
3) chicken, salted and peppered to your taste
4) smear the Chicken with sour cream
5) add hot salt water
6) sprinkle the pieces of chicken with cheese to form a ruddy crust that retains all the juiciness of the chicken
7) put everything in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees
After about 40-60 minutes (depending on your oven), take out the pan and enjoy the fragrant juicy buckwheat and no less juicy chicken.
Enjoy your meal.
