  1. Bread is soaked in cold water. Onion and bread are crushed in a blender. Add to the minced bread and onion, egg.
  2. Cheese three on a grater. About a third of the cheese is added to the minced meat. Salt and season to taste. Mix thoroughly.
  3. In a baking container, spread thinly sliced strips of zucchini. On top of meat layer.
  4. Then a layer of zucchini, then meat and then zucchini again on top. I salted the zucchini a little, but it’s a matter of taste. I got three layers of zucchini and two layers of meat. Spread the remaining cheese on top.
  5. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 40-45 minutes. Be guided by your oven. Serve hot!
