  1. For the preparation of products. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  2. Mix the eggplant sauce with 50 ml of cream.
  3. In a baking dish measuring 15 * 22 cm, put 2 tablespoons of “creamy” saute. Dip the lasagna sheets into boiling water one at a time for 2 minutes. Put the sheets on the bottom of the mold.
  4. Put the meatballs on them and pour the meatballs with a “creamy” sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese, leaving 1/3.
  6. On top and on the sides again lay out the lasagna sheets, also soaked in boiling water. Pour the remaining cream on top and lay out the remaining cheese. Cover with foil and place in the oven.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. After the specified time, remove the foil, lay out the tomato.
  8. Bake for another 10 minutes. When serving, garnish with herbs.
