Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences and put in a deep pan with high sides.
Pour on top of boiled, not horns(pasta). You can use any short pasta.
Cut the ham into strips and sprinkle on top.
Finely chop the parsley and garlic.
Mix water and cream and heat without boiling. Separately in cold water to dissolve starch or flour.
Salt and pepper to taste, add parsley and garlic, nutmeg to taste.
Pour in the starch and bring to a boil with intensive stirring.
Pour all the sauce and mix gently.
In the end sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at a rate of 200-190 degrees. about 50-55 minutes.
