Cut the potatoes into small cubes and put them in boiling water.
While the water boils in the pot for potatoes, we will make a roast.
Pour the chopped sausage into a preheated frying pan and fry it until the juice starts to flow.
Finely chop the onion and add to the sausage, overcook everything.
Grate the carrots and do the same as with onions and sausage.
Cut the bell pepper into strips and add to the rest of the fried vegetables and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Meanwhile, our vegetables and sausage are being fried… add the melted cheese to the cooking potatoes in a saucepan and stir until it is completely dissolved.
When the potatoes are cooked to half-cooked, pour the rice into it. I use ready-made boiled rice, so I cooked the potatoes until they were ready.
Fill the soup with fried sausage, stir and let boil for 3 minutes.
After that, try the soup “for salt” and add pepper seasoning and salt if a little is not enough.
5 minutes before turning off, add the garlic pressed through a press.
Pour out the finely chopped greens (I have dill greens).
Let the soup brew for 10 minutes (if you have enough patience)
Bon Appetit!!
