Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Boil in boiling salted water for 8-10 minutes. While the potatoes are cooking, cut the sweet pepper into a large cube. Cut the onion into half rings. Smoked sausage cut into circles with a thickness of 5 millimeters. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and fry the onion for 1-2 minutes.
Next, add the smoked sausage and fry for another 2-3 minutes. As soon as the sausage is browned, add the chopped pepper and fry for 3-4 minutes.
At the very end, add the boiled potatoes. Season with black pepper and a teaspoon of paprika. Mix everything well and keep it on the stove for another couple of minutes. Before serving, sprinkle the potatoes with chopped parsley.
