Instructions
  1. Fill the mint with water, bring to a boil and set aside to cool and infuse with the lid closed. My mint is slightly dry.
  2. Fill the gelatin with cold water, according to the instructions of your gelatin. Next, dissolve the gelatin also according to the instructions. All gelatin is different, I expect 10 g of gelatin per 300 ml of ready-made dessert solution.
  3. We take cherries with tails, so more effectively. Put them in a colander and wash them thoroughly. Let it drain.
  4. Filter the decoction of mint. I got a very concentrated color and taste. So I took only 100 ml and split it in half with boiling water. Add soaked gelatin (gelatin solution), lemon juice and stevia (or sugar). We add green dye for beauty. Stir. I got an intense green color, as little dye as possible.
  5. To prepare this dessert, you can take ice molds, silicone molds for making candy, or plastic candy wrappers. I took an ice mold.
  6. Evenly fill the mold with the cooled mint solution with gelatin. Put in each cell a cherry berry tail up. Put in the refrigerator until completely solidified. I put it on at night.
  7. Before serving, take out the form with jelly from the refrigerator. Let it stand for a while at room temperature and carefully remove the jelly with cherries by the tail.
  8. This jelly can be served as an independent dessert or as a decoration option on ice cream, cake, cake, etc.
