Chicken Breast in baking Paper Recipe
I want to offer a recipe for cooking juicy fragrant chicken breast in baking paper in a frying pan. Everything is simple and accessible, and you will be satisfied with the result.   1. Wash the chicken breast and dry it with a paper towel. Lightly beat off in any way (I beat off in a package and a few pieces). Take a piece of baking paper (I have 1/2 standard sheet) larger than a chicken breast, fold in half. Lubricate both halves with vegetable oil. Pour garlic powder, pepper, spices on both halves.
  2. Add salt to half of the chicken breast (I have a small one), put it on baking paper. Cover with the second half of the baking paper, press lightly. Place on a well-heated dry frying pan.
  3. Fry on both sides until tender. It is cooked very quickly, you can see how the bottom layer is white meat. Turn it in the direction of the fold of the paper, otherwise the juice will leak out. For salads, do not fry until golden brown.
  4. Transfer to a plate or board covered with paper.
  5. Very juicy chicken breast.
