I want to offer a recipe for a juicy fragrant chicken breast in a baking paper in a pan. Everything is simple and accessible, and the result you'll be happy. I cook chicken breast for salads in this way, and grandchildren love it with cream sauce. Very tasty with any garnish.
Wash chicken breast and dry with a paper towel.
Slightly repel any way (I beat off in the package and several pieces).
Take a piece of baking paper (I have 1/2 of a standard sheet) larger than
chicken breast, fold in half.
Grease with vegetable oil on both halves.
On both halves of garlic powder, pepper, spices.
Half of chicken breast (I have small) salt,
put on baking paper.
Cover the second half of the baking paper, lightly press.
Put in a well-heated dry pan.
Fry on both sides until ready.
Cooked very quickly, you can see how the bottom layer is white meat.
Turn in the direction of bending the paper, otherwise the juice will flow out.
For salads do not fry until Golden brown.
