  1. Melt butter.
  2. Fry the mushrooms in butter until Golden 8-10 minutes. Add the onion, cut into quarters of rings, and continue to fry everything until Golden.

  7. After mixing, simmer everything on low heat for 5 minutes, then add 1 tbsp. without a hill of flour, mix and simmer the sauce on low heat for a few more minutes until the desired thickening.
  8. Chicken fillet with mushrooms in cream sauce is a hearty, self – sufficient dish, but the men’s portion can be supplemented with any side dish, for example, boiled potatoes (without boiling the sauce too much).
