We prepare the chicken fillet for cooking.
We cut it, I got 6 pieces each.
Cut the onion into strips.
Put the chicken fillet in a bowl, add kefir, mustard, salt, pepper, onion, mix everything well. Leave for 30 minutes, for marinating the chicken fillet.
Bulgarian pepper is cut into “rectangles” At first I got 3-4 pieces, then I once again cut into 2 parts.
After half an hour, take a skewer and prick the chicken pieces and bell pepper.
Transfer to a baking sheet ( I have a glass one ), pour the remaining marinade, and distribute the onion. We send it to the oven for 60 minutes ( or more) until ready. ( My shish kebab was cooked in 1 hour and 30 minutes. )
