Instructions
Preparing the batter. Peel the garlic and squeeze it through the garlic press. Mix the egg, garlic, sour cream or mayonnaise, salt, pepper.
Add flour. Mix well.
Prepare the liver. The liver is washed, cleaned from the films, if desired, cut into portions. I didn’t do it.
Slightly (just slightly!) beat and sprinkle with your favorite spices. I used condari. I really like this liver seasoning (any)!
Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil. We dip the pieces of liver in the batter.
And spread in hot oil.
Fry on both sides for a few minutes with the lid closed.
Serve with vegetables and herbs.
