Wash the chicken liver, if there is a gallbladder, then it must be removed.
Fry the onion over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, then add the pumpkin and crushed garlic.
Fry stirring with a spatula for about 8-10 minutes until the pumpkin is ready.
Roll the liver in flour.
Fry the prepared liver in oil for about 7-8 minutes until tender, turning it over periodically.
Add the fried onion and pumpkin to the finished liver.
Then paprika, pepper and salt. Stir, cover with a lid and on low heat to hold for a minute or two.
Ready dish sprinkle with any herbs ( I have onions) and serve.
