Chicken Liver with salted Tomatoes Recipe
I love and often cook liver with pickled or lightly salted cucumbers. This time I decided to try it with green salted tomatoes. It turned out very tasty!

  1. Chop the onion, fry it over medium heat until transparent. Chicken liver is thoroughly washed, cut, add to the onion. Fry for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Chop the salted tomatoes.
  3. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, ground black pepper to the liver. I don’t add salt, it’s enough for my taste.
  4. Simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Very tasty!
