  1. For the salad, we will need the following products: boiled chicken breast, fresh cucumber, lettuce or Peking cabbage leaves, orange and green onions.
  2. For the sauce: olive oil, soy sauce, ready-made mustard, wine vinegar and garlic clove.
  3. To sprinkle the salad, we will need sesame seeds fried in a dry frying pan.
  4. So, cut into cubes chicken breast, boiled in salted water, fresh cucumber, Peking cabbage leaves, peeled and freed from seeds orange, green onion. Add a little salt and pepper, mix well.
  5. To prepare the sauce: mix olive oil, soy sauce, wine vinegar, ready-made mustard and garlic squeezed through a press.
  6. Put the salad on a platter, pour the sauce and sprinkle with fried sesame seeds.
