  1. Beat 2 eggs with 1 tablespoon of milk and a pinch of salt.
  2. In a hot frying pan, greased with vegetable oil, bake an egg pancake. Repeat the procedure, we will need three pancakes. Leave them to cool.
  3. Canned peas are thrown into a colander and let the liquid drain. Excess liquid in the salad is not needed. We send the peas to the salad bowl.
  4. Chop the onion.
  5. Fry in a frying pan and flip into a colander, let the oil drain.
  6. Remove the skin from the smoked chicken breast and cut into cubes. I tried this salad with boiled chicken. Smoked fish is definitely tastier.
  7. Meat and onions are sent to the salad bowl.
  8. Cut the cucumber into cubes.
  9. Roll the egg pancake.
  10. Cut into thin slices, like noodles. Repeat the procedure with the remaining two pancakes.
  11. Put cucumber and sliced pancakes in a salad bowl. Mix everything thoroughly. Season with mayonnaise or sour cream. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
