Rutabaga goes well with any meat. Rutabaga can easily be replaced with turnip, daikon, radish or radish (they are all relatives of the cruciferous family), but rutabaga, a vainly forgotten vegetable, is more tender and juicy. An unusual combination of ingredients results in a wonderful juicy and crunchy salad with a sharp-sweet taste.
