  1. 2 eggs whisk with 1 tbsp milk and a pinch of salt.
  2. On a hot pan greased with vegetable oil, bake an egg pancake. Repeat the procedure, we need three pancakes. Leave them to cool.
  3. Canned peas are thrown back into a colander and let the liquid drain. Extra liquid in the salad is not necessary. We send the peas to the salad bowl.
  4. Cut the onion.
  5. Fry in a pan and throw it in a colander, let the oil drain.
  6. Remove the skin from the smoked chicken breast and cut into cubes. I tried this salad with boiled chicken. Smoked fish is definitely better.
  7. Meat and onions are sent to the salad bowl.
  8. Cut the cucumber into cubes.
  9. Roll up the egg pancake.
  10. Slice thinly, like noodles. Repeat with the remaining two pancakes procedure.
  11. In the salad bowl, send the cucumber and sliced pancakes. Mix everything thoroughly. Fill with mayonnaise or sour cream. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
