Instructions
Boil mushrooms and fillets, cut into strips. I used canned mushrooms, they are not much different from fresh boiled ones.
Cut the celery into thin slices.
Cut the tomatoes into thin triangles.
Cut the mushrooms into slices.
Grate the cheese (I have parmesan) on a coarse grater.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly, add capers, herbs, green onions (optional), salt and a little mayonnaise, mix.
