Instructions
Fry the chicken until Golden brown. Place on a plate.
Peel the zucchini (I had young ones and I didn’t clean them all) and cut them into cubes. Fry the zucchini in the remaining chicken fat.
Remove the fried zucchini.
Cut the onion into cubes and fry in oil until Golden brown with a pinch of sugar – it is very important to fry the onion well!!!
Add sour cream, salt, pepper to the onion, put out a little, add zucchini, mix. Taste.
Put the chicken in the onion and zucchini. Cover and simmer over low heat until the chicken is cooked.
