  1. The time is indicated without pickling. Wash, dry, and trim the chicken wings. Put it in a bowl. Add oregano, sumac and salt.
  2. Add ground pepper, rub the wings with the mixture. Pour in 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix. Remove to a cool place for 1-12 hours.
  3. Cover the bottom of the mold with parchment, grease with oil, put wings, lemon halves, garlic in the mold.
  4. Bake at a temperature of 190-200 degrees for 35-45 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot.
