In a bowl for marinating, pour soy sauce. Add both types of mustard and sugar.
Spread the lemon slices, sumac and garlic passed through the press. We mix the marinade and spread our wings. Carefully smear the marinade, slightly "cheating" with your hands. We leave the chicken for at least an hour for marinating.
After a while, we put the wings in a baking dish along with the marinade, with the exception of lemons. We send the wings to the oven for 35-40 minutes at 190 -180 gr until ready.
