Ingredients

Chicken breast

Onion

Cream (10%)

Processed cheese
Greens
to taste
Chile pepper
Salt
Spices
to taste
Instructions
Peel the onion, cut into half rings and saute in olive oil until golden brown in a deep saucepan.
Cut the chicken breast into strips. cut the mushrooms into slices.
Add the chicken with mushrooms to the onion and fry stirring for 3-4 minutes.
In a saucepan, add cream and melted cheese. Mix well.
When the sauce boils, add salt, spices and chili flakes to taste. Boil for another couple of minutes, add the greens and it’s done!
Serve hot with any side dish.
