Place the potato slices in one layer on baking paper (parchment).
If desired, you can add salt and spices to your taste!!!
I cooked with spices and without – and even WITHOUT SALT it turns out very tasty!!! Turn on the microwave oven at 700 watts, cook for 3-5 minutes. It all depends on your microwave oven!!!
As soon as you see that the surface of the slices has turned slightly brown, immediately remove and transfer to paper towels.
But not before, otherwise the chips won’t crunch.
Repeat this procedure until the potatoes are ready.
