The cupcake is rich in a variety of flavors and fruit and nutty flavors. It is tender, juicy due to the fact that the dough has a large proportion of additives consisting of fruits and nuts.
Peel the persimmon and kiwi and turn it into a puree.
Cut the prunes into strips, chop the walnuts.
Combine sugar, salt and egg. Beat until increased in volume for at least five minutes. Add the persimmon and kiwi puree and mix.
Then add the prunes and walnuts and mix. At the end, add the remaining dry ingredients. Knead until smooth. Pour the dough into a mold with a diameter of 22 centimeters.
