  1. Prepare the necessary products. You can take 2 bananas or 2 apples, but it is better to choose fruits with a sweet taste, because sorrel is quite sour.
  2. In 1/2 cup of boiling water, brew 1 teaspoon of green tea (about 5 minutes). Cut the fruit and sorrel.
  3. Cool the green tea a little, strain, mix with milk and mint syrup, pour in our oat flakes.
  4. Put all the ingredients in a container and whisk for 2-3 minutes in a blender until a homogeneous fluffy mass is obtained. Pour into glasses and garnish with grated chocolate (I took crushed M&M chocolate).
