Coconut and Chocolate Roll Recipe
Dessert, which is a mix of confectionery sausage from childhood and exotic coconut filling. This dessert does not require heat treatment, it requires freezing to prepare the roll.

  1. In a blender, crush the cookies into crumbs
  2. Add cocoa powder.
  3. Sugar pour hot water, dissolve and add to the mixture of cookies and cocoa.
  4. The mass is stirred.
  5. Roll out the resulting “dough” on food wrap.
  6. Preparing the cream filling. In the bowl for the mixer, we send softened butter, condensed milk, powdered sugar and coconut shavings (I used shavings made by myself from coconut and then dried)
  7. Beat everything well with a mixer.
  8. On the rolled layer, apply the cream filling.
  9. Using a food wrap roll up the roll.
  10. Put the roll in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
  11. Roll is good for tea, and for a snack instead of candy. Store in the refrigerator.
