  1. Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces and boil in salted water until tender. Finely chop the cabbage and boil until soft, about 10 minutes.
  2. Fry the onion in a frying pan for 1 minute in melted butter (30 grams). Make mashed potatoes from boiled potatoes, butter (30 g) and milk. Add a pinch of nutmeg and ground pepper.
