  1. Pour the condensed milk into a container, add eggs, soda and salt, mix well.
  2. Add flour to the resulting mass (as much as the dough will take), knead the dough so that it does not stick to your hands.
  3. We divide the dough into several parts, take one part, roll it into a layer 0.5 cm thick and squeeze out figures of different shapes from our crumpets. Do the same with the entire test. Cook the dough figures right away (because the cookies bake for about 10 seconds) to cook in a relaxed atmosphere.
  4. Put the cookies in a preheated frying pan with a lot of oil. Fry on one side for a few seconds, as soon as the dough is browned, turn over to the other side.
